Payment structure
Payment is split based on the total order value:
Development does not begin until the upfront payment is received. The app will not be deployed until all outstanding payments are cleared.
Monthly hosting & maintenance fees
On top of the one-time build cost, a recurring hosting and maintenance fee is required to keep your app online. This is not a subscription — you choose a billing period and pay it upfront. Renewal is a separate payment when the period ends.
These fees cover: VPS hosting (your app runs 24/7), uptime monitoring, bug fixes, and minor tweaks. They do not cover new features or major changes to your app.
Missed payments
If a payment is missed, your app will be taken offline until the outstanding balance is settled. Repeated non-payment may result in permanent termination of service.
Archiving and plan freezing
If you request your app to be archived or shut down, the remaining time on your active plan is frozen and preserved. The billing clock pauses upon archival and resumes when the app is reactivated. You are not entitled to a refund for any unused frozen time.
Example: If you pay for a 3-month plan and archive after 1 week, you retain 11 weeks and 6 days when you reactivate. No refund is issued for the frozen time.
Order turnaround
An estimated delivery window is provided at the start of every order. ETAs are estimates, not guarantees — complexity, revision rounds, and queue position can all affect delivery time. If your timeline is urgent, mention it before placing your order so it can be factored in.
Adding modules and custom features
New modules can be added to an existing app at any time. Configure them on the website the same way as your initial order, select existing app at checkout, and submit a ticket. Each module is priced individually.
Custom features not covered by the pre-defined modules are scoped and priced separately before any development begins. All custom work is agreed upon in writing in the ticket before work starts.
Refunds
Orders are fully refundable if cancelled before work has begun. Once development starts, the upfront payment is non-refundable as it covers work already completed. After delivery, no refunds are available. Hosting periods are non-refundable once the app is deployed.
